Safety
Tips
Latch
closets or room doors as needed to prevent access to objects stored
inside.
Secure any unstable furniture
to the wall. Generally if it is taller than it is wide, it should
be secured.
Keep cribs/beds and other
furniture away from windows. Either gate windows that children
have access to or secure them so that they will not open more
than 4".
Remove plastic laundry bags
immediately. Tie them in knots before throwing them away. In addition
to the potential for suffocation, children can choke on small
pieces of plastic bag.
